"Out of Many, One People"
Jamaica's national motto
About me
My name is Kaja Lodge, and I grew up in a tapestry of very different cultures – the home countries of my parents, Greece and Jamaica, as well as my birthplace, Munich. Growing up between cultures sparked a deep curiosity in me: how can we build bridges between identities, cultures, and experiences – and how can we, amid diversity and countless impressions, clearly see which stories truly move us forward?
This curiosity shapes everything I do – in everyday life, in creative work, and in coaching. I am always drawn to what connects us: across societies, generations, and the many facets of ourselves.
Film, dance, and music have always been ways for me to connect—through these art forms we can tell stories beyond words, beyond borders. They remind me that a song can hold a memory, a movement can carry a culture, and a story can link past and future.
This love of expression led me to a music-focused school and later to a B.A. in Film Studies and an M.A. in Media Culture Studies. Along the way, I learned how stories can spark reflection, inspire new ideas, and bring clarity to complex worlds of thought.
Professionally, I have followed this same thread of connection: from teaching English to community management, and later to sales, where I guided young professionals as a Business Coach and Sales Trainer to clearly recognize their strengths and potential.
Since 2025, I have been working as an independent coach and trainer, and I am expanding my knowledge through an MSc in Neuroscience and Psychology. My focus is on helping creative minds gain clarity: organizing thoughts, rediscovering their own red thread, and bringing ideas into conscious action.
At the heart of it all is connection: to ourselves, to each other, and to the stories that
shape us.
