About me
My name is Kaja Lodge (she/her), and I was born and raised in Munich with polycultural roots.
My approach is shaped by my own complexity: growing up between cultures, creating my own cultural identity, a deep respect for people in their uniqueness, and my ever lasting search for what connects us all. This complexity led me to the systemic perspective that sees us all as part of something larger. We are embedded in systems—family, society, work—and at the same time, we carry complex physical and psychological systems within ourselves.
That’s exactly why I see this work as so valuable: when we become more aware of our own patterns and begin to shape them consciously, we not only strengthen ourselves but also the systems we are part of.
At the heart of it all is connection: to yourself, to others, and to the stories that have shaped you and that you can begin to rewrite.
Coaching that suits you.
Whether on site or online, my coaching is flexible and geared to your possibilities. Sessions can take place in Dr. med. Kavelara Lodge's practice or conveniently online.
I also adapt to you in terms of language: coaching is possible in German or English, both languages are native to me.
